Training Schedule
Destiny Allstars do not believe in holding any try-outs. As we believe all athletes new or experienced should all be treated equally and fairly. Therefore, all athletes are placed on a team with their correct age group, however, we do believe, if an athlete has potential, they may be given the opportunity to cross over to a higher-level team as well as their current team.
Twinkle ( Tiny cheer)
Ages 3-6 (nursery, year 1 & year 2)
This is a fun recreational class, for beginners and younger athletes who do not wish to participate in competitions, however can compete when required.
Ariel (Mini Cheer)
Ages 5-8 ( year 3 & year 4)
This is a team for athletes who may want to participate in future competitions, however this is not
compulsory
Glitter (Youth Cheer)
Ages 8-12 (year 5, year 6, year 7)
This is a team which is encouraged to compete, however never pushed to compete.
Shine (Junior Cheer)
Ages 12-15 (year 8, year 9 & year 10)
This is a team which is encouraged to compete, however never pushed to compete.
Silver (Senior Cheer)
Ages 15+
This is a team which is encouraged to compete, however never pushed to compete.
Nova (Senior Invitation ONLY)
Ages 12+
This team is invitation only, as a higher level than the junior and a senior team. Requirement for this
team is a standing Back handspring.

Thursday Evenings
Tiny cheer & Mini cheer : 4.15-5.15pm.
Gymnastics - Tiny, Mini & youth : 5.15 - 6.00pm.
Group Stunts for all : 6.00 - 6.30pm.
Youth cheer : 6.30 - 7.45pm.
Gymnastics - Junior 6.30 - 7.30pm.
Junior cheer : 7.45 - 9.00pm.
